Payment Policy ​

1. Accepted Payment Methods

1.1. Payment Options:
We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

  • Digital Payment Methods: PayPal, MobilePay, and other electronic payment options.

1.2. Currency:
All transactions are processed in euro. If your bank operates in a different currency, you may be charged in your local currency at the exchange rate set by your bank.

2.1. Authorization and Capture:
When you place an order, your payment method will be authorized but not charged until your order is confirmed and ready for dispatch. In the case of bank transfers, payment must be received before the order is processed.

2.2. Payment Timing:
The full payment amount will be charged to your selected payment method at the time of order confirmation. For pre-orders or back-ordered items, the payment will be charged when the items are ready to ship.

2.3. Payment Security:
We use industry-standard encryption and secure payment gateways to protect your payment information. Your payment details are not stored on our servers, ensuring your information remains confidential and secure.

3. Pricing and Taxes

3.1. Price Accuracy:
We make every effort to ensure that prices displayed on our website are accurate and up-to-date. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at an incorrect price.

3.2. Value Added Tax (VAT):
All prices include VAT where applicable. The applicable VAT rate is determined by Danish law or the law of the EU member state where the goods are delivered.

4. Payment Terms

4.1. Immediate Payment:
Payment is due immediately upon placing your order unless otherwise agreed. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received in full.

4.2. Payment Verification:
We reserve the right to verify payment information before processing your order. If we suspect fraudulent activity, we may cancel the transaction and notify you.

4.3. Failure to Pay:
If your payment is declined or fails, we will notify you, and your order will not be processed. You will have the opportunity to provide an alternative payment method. If payment is not received within a specified period, we may cancel your order.

5. Refunds and Chargebacks

5.1. Refunds:
Refunds for returned items or canceled orders will be processed in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

5.2. Chargebacks:
In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, we reserve the right to suspend your account and investigate the matter. If a chargeback is deemed unwarranted, we may take legal action to recover the funds.

6.1. Dispute Resolution:
Any payment disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Danish law. Consumers within the EU may have access to alternative dispute resolution mechanisms and the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
