Refund and Returns Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you receive your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You can contact us at:

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from your purchase within the 14-day period, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for additional costs if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

Refunds will be made without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
 

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
 

4. Return Shipping

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
 

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalized.

• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

• Goods that are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
   

6. Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us immediately at danishlivingwix@gmail.com. We will arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund as required by law. You have the right to a repair or replacement if goods are faulty, or to a refund if this is not possible within a reasonable time.
 

7. How to Return an Item

Please include your order number and proof of purchase with the returned item to ensure a prompt and accurate refund.
 

8. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
